This isn't always easy for most of us, you bet ey?! Rubbing my forehead right now… thinking about the German „Schadenfreude“… To give it a name and make it a practice is such a brilliant idea to be able to cultivate it (thank you Buddhist tribe!) as we are all craving for such sweet nectar and it feels so enlivening when we experience this state, for both sides.. so let‘s look into this beast’s roar and ride it to the core of its wild love: with our earth: our body!

Bringing it to the dancefloor and moving it together is our remedy also with this theme and as usual -

we feel everything and allow it all to arise, to then be and move with it. And it is ok if difficulty arises: this is why we do this - we‘re dancing it out and will transform the shit out of this „Schadenfreude“ (= joy of sb else‘s suffering) established in our culture: time for a decent upgrade to MUDITA!

We deeply believe in our moving body in sacred Ceremony as a crucial contribution to regulate and feel home and to be centered in our hearts and souls: a quality we wish for all human beings to embody more and more.

// ANIR LEBEN

is an experienced spaceholder and mistress of ceremony that guides people into embodiment, voice and ritual since 2007.

In her past she graduated in dance, improvisation and performance, taught Contact Improvisation, founded and hosted the "ScoreJAM Berlin", guided Singing Circles and Ceremonies, gave Concerts, married people to themselves as the "Priestess of wild hearts and free self-love" and founded the "WombQuest of the EARTHMOTHER", a deep journey for childfree women.

In the present moment she gives one-on-one coaching sessions, hosts the ATTUNE Summit (a Nervous System learning event) and trains as a VITA Coach for Sex, Love & Relationship (stay tuned).

In her spaces she highlights the exploring mind, open heart, self-responsibility, freedom and aliveness.
