In diesem Coaching geht es um die Ausbildung zum “Advanced Certified Scrum Master“, kurz: A-CSM, mit dem Zertifikat der Scrum Alliance. Dies ist ein Teil der Agile Coach Ausbildung “Path to CSP“.

Du bist Scrum Master und willst dich weiterentwickeln zum Agile Coach, mit einer qualifizierten Ausbildung und einem international anerkannten Zertifikat?
Dabei willst du richtig viel lernen? Du willst dich ambitionierten Lernzielen stellen? Dein Wissen in Theorie und Praxis erweitern? Alles ausgerichtet auf deine aktuellen Themen und deinen persönlichen Herausforderungen?
Zudem willst du selbst die Geschwindigkeit bestimmen?
Dafür ist das “Path to CSP”-Programm der Scrum Alliance perfekt:
- ein berufsbegleitendes Coaching-Programm
- das dich persönlich in Einzel-Sessions unterstützt
- deinen eigenen Lernfortschritt im Fokus hat
- dir Möglichkeiten zum persönlichen Wachstum bietet
- damit du die erforderlichen Learning Objectives der Scrum Alliance erfüllst
Das “Path to CSP“-Programm führt dich in deiner Geschwindigkeit
- zum “Certified Scrum Master“, CSM,
- zu deinen weiteren Zertifikaten “Advanced Certified Scrum Master“, A-CSM, und
- daraufhin zum “Certified Scrum Professional – Scrum Master“, CSP-SM.
Darüber hinaus bietet die Scrum Alliance noch die sog. Guides-Level an: “Certified Team Coach“, CTC, “Certified Enterprise Coach“, CEC, und “Certified Scrum Trainer“, CST.
Über dieses Modul “A-CSM”
Dieses Trainings-Angebot “A-CSM via Coaching” ist ein Modul im “Path to CSP“-Programm: es führt vom “Certified Scrum Master” zum “Advanced Certified Scrum Master“.
Es umfaßt mindestens 16 Stunden (max. 26 Stunden) mit Einzel-Coachings, integriert Erfahrungen und Herausforderungen des Arbeitsalltags, sowie des eigenen Projektes. Das Coaching-Modul regt zur Reflexion der eigenen Person und der Wirksamkeit an. Der Teilnehmer erarbeitet die Lerngebiete anhand der Situationen, die sich in seinem Arbeitskontext bieten und kann das Gelernte gleich praktisch umsetzen.

- Agile/Lean/Scrum: Values, Principles and Worldviews, Empirical Process Control
- Scrum Master Core Competencies: Basic Facilitation, Coaching, Training
- Working with the Development Team: Self-Organization, Team Dynamics, Definition of Done, Value of Development Practices
- Coaching the Product Owner
- Service to the Organization: Resolving impediments, Scaling Scrum, Organizational Change
- Scrum Mastery: Personal Development
Themen, die in vorhergehenden Coaching-Modulen bereits behandelt wurden, werden weiter vertieft.
Das Format
Das Programm erfolgt durch individuelle Remote-Sitzungen.
Die Coaching-Sprache ist deutsch oder englisch. Das Material kann auch englisch sein.
Dies ist für dich eine perfekte Ausbildung zum Advanced Scrum Master mit Zertifikat “A-CSM“:
Für das Zertifikat müssen Voraussetzungen erfüllt sein, siehe hier unter “Requirements” oder informiere dich über das Kontaktformular. Das weiterbildende Coaching-Programm kann auch bereits gestartet werden, wenn noch nicht alle Vorbedingungen für das Zertifikat erfüllt sind.

COACHING ist ein sehr vertrauensvoller Austausch. Ich führe mit jedem Teilnehmer ein Kennenlerngespräch über Erwartungen und Ziele. Danach entscheiden wir, ob wir eine Coaching-Beziehung aufbauen möchten.
TERMINE sind sehr flexibel und finden remote über Zoom-Meeting statt.
Ein Start mit diesem Programm ist jederzeit möglich, wenn Plätze frei sind. Bitte frühzeitig anmelden.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
