Dazu durchleuchten wir die theoretischen Grundlagen, wir erarbeiten konkrete Umsetzungsmethoden und erleben diese konkret anhand von Beispielen.
Als Teilnehmer erlernst du die Moderation von interessanten, zielgerichteten Meetings, deren Ablauf und Ergebnisse fokussiert und die Ergebnisse nachhaltig sind, und trainierst diese anhand praxisnaher Beispiele und in konkreten Simulationen während des Trainings.

Bei erfolgreicher Teilnahme erhalten die Teilnehmer das Zertifikat ICP-ATF von ICAgile:

Dieses Training wird angeboten und durchgeführt von Anja Stiedl (moccasoft) und Sebastian Schneider (Wertikalwerk GmbH).
Beide sind langjährige Agile Coaches mit einem Hintergrund in der Software-Entwicklung und bringen umfangreiche Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Begleitung von Teams und Moderation von Team-Workshops und Meetings mit. Sie verwenden Werkzeuge des lösungsfokussierten und systemischen Coachings.
Beide sind von ICAgile autorisierte Instruktoren für dieses Training.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email.
