Datenschutz im Kita-Alltag
Am 25.05.2018 sind sowohl die EU Datenschutz-Grundverordnung als auch das Bundesdatenschutzgesetz in neuer Fassung in Kraft getreten. Nach ersten "Anlaufschwierigkeiten" nehmen Aufsichtsbehörden jetzt auch anlasslose Überprüfungen vor und erste Bußgelder werden auferlegt.
Rechtsanwältin Nele Trenner ist Expertin für Datenschutz in Kindertagesstätten und für zahlreiche Kitas die externe Datenschutzbeauftragte.
Nach dem Workshop (3 Std. mit kurzer Pause) wissen Sie:
- welche neuen Pflichten die DS-GVO für Träger einführt (Merkblatt, Verzeichnis von Verarbeitungstätigkeiten, Risikofolgenabschätzung, Datensicherheitsmaßnahmen, Einwilligungserklärungen) und was sich im Vergleich zur vorherigen Datenschutzrechtslage geändert hat
- welche Maßnahmen sofort ergriffen und welche Strukturen langfristig aufgebaut werden müssen
- ob ein (externer) Datenschutzbeauftragter notwendig ist
- wie ein Merkblatt aussieht, was ins Verfahrensverzeichnis gehört und wie eine wirksame Einwilligungserklärung gestaltet sein muss und
- welche Rechte Betroffene und welche Pflichten die Träger haben.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. Where do I find a link to an online event?
