Dieses ICAgile Zertifizierung-Training fokussiert insbesondere auf das Mindset, die Rolle und die Verantwortung eines Agile Coaches. Die Teilnehmer lernen zu differenzieren zwischen Mentoring, Facilitation, Teaching und professionellem Coaching. Ebenso werden sie sich Fähigkeiten erarbeiten, um eine sichere Umgebung zu schaffen, in der Agile Teams bedeutungsvolle und erfolgreich zusammen arbeiten und eine gesunde Konflikt-Kultur leben können. Dieses Training führt die Lernenden ein in die Grundlagen von Team Coaching und Team-Entwicklung, mit denen Teams und Organisationen als Systeme von Menschen verstanden werden. Ein wichtiger Anteil fokussiert auf das Verständnis für professionelles Coaching im Arbeitsalltag eines Agile Coaches und den Wert dieses Arbeitsmodus.
Teilnehmer müssen fundierte Kenntnisse in Agile Team Facilitation mitbringen.
Dieser Kurs ist besteht aus 7 Terminen:
dem Pre-Call (Donnerstag, 18-19:30) und 6 Modulen (Montag und Donnerstag) statt, jeweils 18-21:00
mit Zertifikat ICP-ACC von ICAgile = ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
