Die Statistiken der Krankenkassen und staatlichen Gesundheitsbehörden belegen eine kontinuierliche Zunahme von Krankheitstagen und Frühverrentungen wegen Depressionen.
Die Ursachen hierfür sind vielfältig. War die ärztliche Sicht bisher auf die Diagnose Depression und deren Behandlungsmöglichkeiten beschränkt, so zeigt die wissenschaftliche Aufarbeitung dieser Erkrankung, dass die Auswirkungen auf den menschlichen Organismus vielfältig sind und neuerdings als eigenständiger Risikofaktor für das Herz-Kreislaufsystem wahrgenommen wird.
Dr. med. W. Pflederer (Internist u. Kardiologe, Ärztlicher Direktor der iTCM-Klinik Illertal) stellt in seinem Vortrag die Depression mit ihren Auswirkungen auf das Herz-Kreislaufsystem dar.
Im Anschluss an den Vortrag haben die Zuschauer die Möglichkeit, Herrn Dr. Pflederer im Chat ihre Fragen zu stellen.
