Die Musikerinnen des Boulanger Trios lieben es, die Neugier für avancierte Klänge zu wecken. Ihre eigene Konzertreihe verstehen sie als Hommage an Nadia Boulanger (1887-1979) und ihre legendären Pariser Salons, in denen sich die musikalische und literarische Elite ihrer Zeit versammelte.
Im geselligen Format ihrer Boulangerie spannen sie einen Bogen vom traditionellen Kammermusikrepertoire bis zur Musik von heute. Bereichert wird der Abend durch die Begegnung mit den anwesenden Gastkomponisten, welche den Musikerinnen in einem lockeren Gespräch auf der Bühne Rede und Antwort stehen.
Dieses Mal ist der Komponist und Dirigent Matthias Pintscher zu Gast, um mit den drei Musikerinnen des Boulanger Trios über sein Schaffen zu sprechen. Pintscher modelliert den Klang in seinen Kompositionen wie ein Bildhauer eine Skulptur - sich mit ihm auf die Reise durch mäandernde Klanglandschaften zu begeben, gehört zu den faszinierenden Hörerlebnissen bei der Begegnung mit seiner Musik.
Sein aktuelles Werk für Violine solo ‚la linea evocativa‘ betitelt er selbst als ‚Zeichnung’. Der ergreifende Zyklus ‚Profiles of Light’ wiederum zeigt sich von den abstrakt expressionistischen Werken des Malers Barnett Newman inspiriert und ist ein Stück über Resonanzen, über die inneren und äußeren Gegebenheiten des Daseins. ‚svelto‘ bildet den Abschluss dieses Portraits eines der faszinierendsten Komponisten unserer Zeit.
