Einmal mehr hat Deutschland die Ehre, ein X-Wing System Open Event zu veranstalten. 2018 in Hannover.

Da es für das letzte Open Event so gut geklappt hat, bieten wir auch in diesem Jahr wieder 2 Ticketoptionen an:
Captains Tickets: 25€
Das Captains Ticket beinhaltet die Teilnahme am Hauptevent und allen Nebenevents des Wochenendes.
Admirals Ticket: 60€ (limitierte Anzahl verfügbar)
Das Admirals Ticket beinhaltet die Teilnahme am Hauptevent und allen Nebenevents des Wochenendes. Zusätzlich beinhaltet es eine exklusive System Open Spielmatte mit Sternen- und Mandaloremotiv.
Tickets können bis 4 Wochen vor der Veranstaltung storniert werden. Der Ticketpreis wird dann zurück überwiesen, nicht jedoch die Gebühren, die Billetto gegebenenfalls erhebt.
Nach dem Kauf eines Tickets erhaltet ihr innerhalb von 2 Wochen eine Mail mit einem Link, um im Maritim Hotel vergünstigt Zimmer zu buchen.
Event Strukturen:
Hauptevent
Die Registrierung für das Hauptevent beginnt am Samstag um 8:00 Uhr und endet pünktlich um 9:30 Uhr. Wer sich danach registriert hat keine Garantie mehr auf einen Startplatz beim Turnier.
Tag 2
Spieler die sich für die KO-Runden qualifiziert haben können sich ab 8:00 Uhr am Sonntag registrieren. Die Registrierung schließt am Sonntag um 9:00 Uhr. Die KO-Runden starten kurz danach.
Nebenevents
Hangar Bay
Alle Spieler des Hauptevents, die sich nicht für den 2. Teil des ersten Tags qualifiziert haben, können sich für ein Hangar Bay Nebenevent registrieren. Die Regeln für dieses Format können hier gefunden werden HOLDING TEXT
Hyperspace Qualifier
Alle Spieler des Hauptevents, die sich nicht für die KO-Runden qualifiziert haben, können sich für den Hyperspace Qualifier registrieren. Die Registrierung startet um 8:30 Uhr und endet um 9:30 Uhr. Der Hyperspace Qualifier startet kurz nach dem Start der KO-Runden. Der Hyperspace Qualifier ist ein Turnier mit 6 Runden, extra Preissupport und einer Einladung zum Coruscant Invitational für alle ungeschlagenen Spieler in diesem Turnier. Spieler der KO-Runden können diesem Event beitreten, wenn sie bis zur TOP 8 ausscheiden. Wer aus den KO-Runden dem Hyperspace Qualifier beitritt, erhält Freilose für die verpassten Runden.

Following its success last year there are two ticket options again:
Captains Ticket: €25
The Captains Tickets gives you access to the main event and all side events over the weekend
Admirals Ticket: €60
The Admirals Ticket gives you access to the main event and all side events and also includes a System Open exclusive star field playmat of Mandalore. (these tickets are limited)
Once you have bought your ticket you will get a confirmation email. You will get another email within 14 days with a link to reduced hotel rates.
Event structures:
Main event
Registration for the main event opens at 8am on Saturday morning and closes at 9.30am sharp.
Day 1
Day 1 will start with 3 rounds of swiss. Players with 1 or fewer wins will be entered into the Hangar Bay side event. Players with 2 or more wins will play a further 3 rounds and after this all players on 5 wins or more will qualify for the elimination rounds on Day 2. Players who did not qualify for the elimination round will we added to the Hyperspace Qualifier on Day 2, along with all the players from the Hangar Bay
Day 2
Players who have qualified for the elimination round can register from 8am on Sunday. Registration will close at 9am with the elimination rounds starting soon after.
Side Events
Hangar Bay:
All players from the main event who do not qualify for the second part of Day 1 can register for the Hangar Bay side event.
Hyperspace Qualifier:
All main event players not in the elimination rounds can register for the Hyperspace Qualifier. Registration opens at 8.30am and closes at 9.30am. the event will start after the elimination rounds have started. This is a 6 round tournament with extra prize support, including an invitation to the Coruscant Invitational for all unbeaten players. Players in the elimination rounds can enter this event as they are knocked out up until the top8. They enter this event with byes for the rounds they have missed.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
