In TEAR GAS – A Safe Weapon begegnet das Kollektiv what about: fuego den Zuschauer*innen, um gemeinsam über Sicherheit nachzudenken: Was führt zu einer sicheren Gesellschaft? Was bedeutet Sicherheit? Der Bühnenraum wird zu einer Schaltzentrale. Die Performer*innen nutzen ihre Körper, ihren Atem, ihre Stimmen und ihre Erfahrungen, um kollektiv Geschichte(n) zu erzählen. Sie stellen unterschiedliche Definitionen und Positionen von Sicherheit gegenüber. Mit Live-Video und Live-Sound arbeiten sie die Entstehung und Legalisierung von Tränengas auf, die zum aktuellen weltweiten Einsatz als polizeiliches Mittel führten. Warum gilt Tränengas als “sicher” oder sogar “friedlich”? Wer oder was wird dabei vom Staat geschützt? Das Publikum kann sich frei im Raum bewegen und verschiedene Perspektiven einnehmen.
Sprachen: Das Stück ist auf Englisch, Deutsch und Spanisch. Es sind keine Sprachkenntnisse in allen drei Sprachen nötig.

Seit 2017 ermöglichen wir jungen Theatermacher*innen Raum für ihre Themen, Formate und Arbeitsweisen und unterstützen sie in ihren Vorhaben durch eine heterarchische Infrastruktur.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
