Spring has sprung and it’s the perfect time to detox and recommit to healthy habits so that both body and mind can transition with the seasonal changes. Using the ancient healing tradition of Yoga + Ayurveda, this day retreat will provide the knowledge to step into action and detox psychologically, emotionally and physically.
Just as we feel like we cannot handle any more the blustery cold of winter, the season begins to soften, snow begins to melt, the earth begins to blossom with the promise of spring. As humans, we literally and figuratively head outside and sow the seeds that we will grow & foster throughout the summer months. Spend some time in community, learn about the science of Ayurveda, nourish your body, mind and soul with yoga asana, meditation, music, sweating and silent dinner!

It's the third of a regular OPEN SPACE gathering to bring together the tools and understanding of Yoga and Ayurveda in order to integrate an holistic approach of Yoga & Ayurveda, being in community and learning with and from each other.

Verena's workshops include mantra, pranayama, meditation and philosophy. Her studies span traditions of Vedanta, Tantric Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, as well as anatomy, Ayurveda and the neuroscience of mindfulness.
Aline is a Berlin based trained Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coach and Ayurveda cook. Her goal is to integrate the ancient science in today’s modern world and to apply its fundamental principles in order to bring balance to the mind, body and soul.
In her yoga classes Johanna focusses on the development of a positive body awareness through a dynamic and powerful Ashtanga practice – to sense one’s own body in entirely new and subtle ways – and how this sense of awareness within our bodies effects our lives. Yoga for her means cultivating a mindful way of treating ourselves, seizing the day stress-free, taking on the challenges that life brings with bravery and strength, and fully experiencing each moment – being present in the here and now.
