Wir freuen uns so sehr die Worshipnight am Ostersonntag gemeinsam mit dir und deinen Freunden im Showpalast erleben zu können.
Informationen zu den Tickets:
- Für Erwachsene und ICF Youth besteht KEINE Ticketpflicht
- Wenn du einem Freund oder Familienmitglied ein Ticket buchen möchtest, z.B. um sie einzuladen, kannst du das hier machen
- Während der Worshipnight wird kein ICF Kids angeboten.
Hygienevorschriften:
- Für Erwachsene und Kinder ab 15 Jahren ist das Tragen einer FFP2 Mund-Nasen-Bedeckung, sowie für Kinder von 6 -14 Jahren ist das Tragen einer Mund-Nasen-Bedeckung in den Innenräumen (z.B. ICF Kids Räume, Halle,...) verpflichtend. Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass dies auch für Personen, die eine ärztlich bestätigte Ausnahmegenehmigung haben, gilt, sowie für genesene & geimpfte Personen.
- Auch wenn die Corona Auflagen momentan zurückgefahren werden, informieren wir euch über evtl. Auflagen oder Anpassungen auf unserer Homepage www.icf-muenchen.de/ostern

I have not received my 18.30 Uhr Worshipnight ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your 18.30 Uhr Worshipnight tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your 18.30 Uhr Worshipnight tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
