Weihnachten Neu Erleben
Wir freuen uns so sehr "Weihnachten Neu Erleben" live gemeinsam mit dir im Showpalast erleben zu können.
Für einen reibungslosen und sicheren Besuch, lies dir bitte unser verändertes Hygienekonzept durch:
- Das Betreten des Geländes & die Teilnahme an der Celebration ist nur möglich, wenn ein Abstand von 1,50 Meter zu jedem anderen Haushalt eingehalten wird
- Es wird KEIN ICF Kids angeboten (d.h. Kids Planet, Rockets, Shooting Stars, Königsschloss & Krabbelecke)
- Das Singen ist während des gesamten Besuches untersagt
- Das Tragen einer Mund-Nasen-Bedeckung ist während des gesamten Besuches, sowohl auf dem Gelände als auch in der Hall verpflichtend
- Bitte keine Gruppenbildung vor oder nach der Celebration auf dem gesamten Showpalast-Gelände
- Kein Einlass ohne vorherige Anmeldung
- Besucherdaten werden im Falle einer Infektionskette im Rahmen der ICF Gottesdienste an das zuständige Gesundheitsamt weitergegeben
- Solltest du oder dein Kind Grippesymptome jeglicher Art verspüren, bleibe bitte zu Hause und informiere die Kirche über ticket@icf-muenchen.de
Rules for participation in English - We offer translation in English for the 10:00 & 18:00 celebration. Farsi & Portuguese for 12:00 celebration (Spanisch online via LiveVoice). Please select "translation needed" in the ticket booking process. Thanks.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Advents-Celebration (10.00 Uhr) tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Advents-Celebration (10.00 Uhr) tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Advents-Celebration (10.00 Uhr) ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
