We are running a Special Masterclass with the German Barista Champion, Chloe Nattrass, on the 4th of September. This is the rare opportunity to have a 3 hour hands-on session with the reigning champion. Chloe was the most intuitive barista that ever worked for us back in 2011. She has come a long way since then - this is a great time to find out her ways to succeed and to learn her craft directly from her.
This Workshop is adjusted to both professionals and those, who have a basic level of knowledge. We take a great THE BARN coffee and get to know it inside out in a 3 hour period. Here we dive deeper into expresso extraction, how to maximize and correctly use equipment, workflow, milk techniques and machine maintenance. With a "no-stupid-question"-policy and contributions always welcome, we can also touch on a number of topics outside the schedule. It's designed to be fun, interactive and a little bit spontaneous.
We run only one Masterclasses with a maximum of 5 participants each. The workshop is held in english language.
