Luis Arocha, Kaffeeeinkäufer bei unserem Partner Cafe Imports, wird über nachhaltigen Kaffeeanbau in Kolumbien berichten. Insbesondere wird hierbei das Projekt AMACA Cauca vorgestellt, ein Frauen-Farmer Projekt, das wir bei THE BARN unterstützen. Im Anschluss werden wir auf verschiedenen Brühmethoden unterschiedliche kolumbianische Kaffee verköstigen.
Luis Arocha, coffee buyer of our partner Cafe Imports, will present on sustainable coffee farming in Colombia. Particularly highlighting the women-farmer project AMACA Cauca that THE BARN supports. This session includes a brew up of different Colombian coffees on different brew methods.
