Ein Scrum Master hilft und unterstützt sein Team, das volle Potential entfalten zu können. Für viele Agilisten ist die Rolle des Scrum Masters der erste Schritt, um Team Facilitation, Teaching, Team Coaching, Einzelcoaching und Mentoring zu erlernen und zu erleben.
In diesem Coaching zum CSM erarbeitest du dir ein tiefes Verständnis für das Agile Mindset, du lernst über die Scrum Rollen, Events und Artefakte und das Beste: du hast Zeit, um dies in deinem Arbeitsumfeld auszuprobieren und zu vertiefen.
Die Zertifizierung "CSM via Coaching" umfaßt mindestens 25 Stunden, die in Remote-Sitzungen in Kleingruppen oder Einzel-Coachings durchgeführt werden. Mit dem Zertifikat erhält man eine 2-jährige Mitgliedschaft in der Scrum Alliance.

Zu Beginn jeden Monats kann eine Kleingruppe mit der CSM-Ausbildung starten.
