To kick off the Berlin Coffee Festival we are joining forces with Gabriele Inciuraite for a special Coffee and Food Pairing Dinner.
We are serving a three course vegetarian menu paired up with our coffees. We are showcasing different brewing methods and different flavour pairings.
Price includes all the food, coffees and alcoholic beverages served during the dinner.
The menu for the evening:
Starter Salad & Cold Brew
- Lettuce hearts with cheddar foam, pickles and beurre noisette croutons
Ajo Blanco (Spanish White Almond Soup, served cold) & Filter Coffee
+ Parsley roots, gooseberries and lovage
Walnut Sponge Cake and Linden Ice Cream & Espresso
+ Shaved fresh walnuts, meringue, apple and bee pollen
