Deutsch:
Seit Jahren ist die Andraschko Kaffeemanufaktur in der Berliner Kaffeelandschaft etabliert und nicht mehr wegzudenken. Willy Andraschko höchstpersönlich macht eine Führung durch die Rösterei und lädt anschliessend zu einem Cupping der neuen Ernte aus Brasilien ein, zusammen mit seinem Hamburger Trader.
English:
The Andraschko Kaffeemanufaktur is a long-standing and vital part of Berlin's coffee world. Willy Andraschko himself will lead a tour through the roasting house. Afterwards he and his Hamburg trader will host a cupping of the new harvest from Brazil.

I have not received my Cupping / Manufakturbesichtigung ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Cupping / Manufakturbesichtigung tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Cupping / Manufakturbesichtigung tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
