Description
This month exclusively and for the first time in Berlin, come and eat at the Designer’s Table!
Raphaël Lutz, head of the design studio that signed the dish for the Swiss team in the Bocus d’Or final in 2017 and one of the most renowned tableware designers in Switzerland, proposes you to participate in a one of a kind dinner experience. From which it’s first season gained a lot of success and recognition over in Switzerland.
He is now back with brand new designs for the Designer’s Table season II. Through the combination of both gastronomy and design, along with Chef Kellye Joan Montandon, they have every intention to astound us by playing with the way we interact with our food and tableware in this experimental fashion.
This serie of Designer’s Table Berlin Edition, will consist of 2 dinners, from 7pm to 11pm. In which you will be able to enjoy a 4 course meal accompanied with high quality wine. The meal is elaborated with the best local ingredients and cooked live by the chef. The service will be executed by Raphaël himself, he will present each piece and the idea/process behind them. It's then up to you to interact with the design and figure out it’s hidden twist. Therefore allowing the designer to catch immediate reactions and feedback of his work.
In order to create a cozy and intimate atmosphere, the dinner will take place in a modern and minimalistic apartment right in front of the river Spree, fully connected by both bus and metro. The event will finally be prepared with a table for 15 people to share this experience with.
