Zur Einstimmung auf die Destille laden wir zu einer gemütlichen Schnapsverkostung. Theo Ligthart der Mitbegründer der Destille Berlin persönlich macht euch bekannt mit zwei Brennern, die ihr Handwerk verstehen:
Franz Stauffenberg von Stauffenberg Edelbrand bringt eine Auswahl seiner edlen sortenreinen Obst-Brände und auch den ein oder anderen Gin mit. Nach schwäbischer Tradition werden seine Edelbrände im wahrsten Sinne gebrannt, über dem Holzfeuer, gleich zweimal.
Hans-Gerhard Fink von Finch Whisky bringt seinen schwäbischen Hochland Whisky mit und erzählt euch den Weg "von der Scholle bis ins Glas".
