Ecstatic Dance ist ein Freitanz bei dem du Dich ganz frei und offen fühlen darfst, um Dich losgelöst im Tanz auszudrücken.
Du kannst einfach "nur" abtanzen ... Glückshormone inklusive oder Du fühlst Dich eingeladen, Dich auf Deine ganz eigene Art & Weise zu bewegen, so wie Du es bisher noch nicht erfahren oder ausprobiert hast. Deine gewohnten Bewegungsmuster abzulegen und Deinen ganz eigenen Tanz, aus dem Inneren heraus, zu finden.
Achtsam, verspielt, neugierig, wild, frei - ganz gleich welche Gefühle hochkommen - bring all dies auf die Tanzfläche, verkörpere es, lebe es.
