Hass oder Empörung, Erregung oder empathische Solidarität werden medial erzeugt, geteilt, archiviert sowie reguliert und werden damit zu einem Baustein der sozialen Ordnung. Sind wir diesem Sog des Feeds wirklich ausgeliefert oder ermöglichen wir Netzphänomene wie Hate Speech und Hashtag-Aktivismus erst durch unsere spezifische Nutzung?
Die multimediale Inszenierung ›Face Me‹ untersucht die emotionsgeladene Verbindung zwischen dem Individuum und Sozialen Netzwerken: Die Spieler*innen nähern sich auf musikalischer wie auch körperlicher Ebene, schlüpfen in die Rolle des*der User*in, von Narziss oder Echo, des Like-Buttons. Dabei bleiben sie doch sie selber und hinterfragen ihre eigene Position in den Tiefen Facebooks. Durch mehrstimmige, autofiktionale Texte sowie deren absurde und humorvolle Verkörperungen wagt das Kollektiv Doris Crea eine Erzählung über Facebook und zeigt damit am Berliner Ringtheater in Kooperation mit dem Münchner Metropoltheater einen Stand ihrer Stückentwicklung – eine Arbeit, die sich, analog zu den Sozialen Medien, immer in Bewegung befindet.
Das Vorhaben wurde in seiner Entstehungsphase durch den Fonds Darstellende Künste im Rahmen von #TakeAction gefördert.

Das Berliner Ringtheater Macht Kritisch(es) Theater. Es ist ein Produktionsort, an dem gesellschaftskritische Neue Dramatik und performative Darstellungsformen zur Aufführung kommen. Seit 2017 ermöglichen wir jungen Theatermacher*innen Raum für ihre Themen, Formate und Arbeitsweisen und unterstützen sie in ihren Vorhaben durch eine heterarchische Infrastruktur.

I have not received my Face Me ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Face Me tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Face Me tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Face Me ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
