Gebhard Ullmann ist vor allem eines: Schwer zu fassen, vielseitig, nirgends einzuordnen. Spielt Flöte, Saxophon, Bassklarinette. Komponiert für Jazzensemble, Bigband und neue Musik für Kammerensemble. und arbeitet regelmäßig in den Vereinigten Staaten und in Europa. Zum Oster special wird das “Gulf Of Berlin“-Projekt modifiziert. Da die Tuba verhindert ist, haben wir der Gulf bis Köln erweitert und den Bassisten Seb Gramss eingeladen. Am ersten Abend überwiegt die offene Form. Am zweiten Abend werden Kompositionen gespielt. Da braucht es dann doch einen zweiten Bläser und damit ergibt sich ein erstes musikalischen Treffen zwischen Tom Arthurs und dem Bandlieder.
