Halloween on Ice
Am 31.10.2020 von 20:00 bis 22:00 Uhr laden wir euch recht herzlich zur Halloween Veranstaltung im Eisstadion am Pferdeturm ein. Ein Eislaufvergnügen für Jung und Alt!
Zwei Stunden könnt ihr zu coolen Beats und tollen Lichteffekten übers Eis fegen - und wer weiß, vielleicht begegnet euch das ein oder andere Gespenst... ;)
Es gibt nur eine begrenzte Anzahl von Tickets, daher seid schnell und sichert euch euren Einlass zum gruseligen Spaß! :)
Einlass wie gewohnt eine halbe Stunde vor Eventbeginn.
Der Schlittschuhverleih und der Kiosk haben für euch geöffnet.
Vor und auf dem Gelände des Eisstadions besteht Maskenpflicht, aber bisher nicht auf dem Eis. Bitte haltet euch an die Abstandsregeln.
Mit Kauf des Tickets verpflichtet ihr euch zur Einhaltung der Corona Regeln.

I have not received my Halloween on Ice ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Halloween on Ice tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Halloween on Ice tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. I have registered on the Halloween on Ice waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
