🎄JULE- OG NYTÅRS-WORKSHOP PÅ SMUKKE NIVÅGAARD 🎄
Kom med til 2,5 timers yin & restorativ workshop d.29/12 på historiske Nivågaard.
Vi bor på det gamle "høloft", hvor nisser og stjålne kys er en del af eventyret.
I dag er det gamle høloft helt nyrenoveret og huser yoga og kropsterapi. Men datidens hyggelige ånd kan man tydeligt mærke endnu. Denne yoga workshop er for alle, nye som garvede, unge voksne og vise koner/mænd.
