Achtsamkeit kindgerecht: Spielerisch die Sinne schärfen mit Pflanzen, Aromen, Edelsteinen, Klang- und Fühlerlebnissen + auf der Suche nach dem 6. Sinn!
Unsere kleinen Achtsamkeits- und Wahrnehmungsübungen können leicht in den individuellen Kinderalltag integriert werden. Sie unterstützen Konzentration und Kreativität und stärken Intuition und Selbstbewusstsein. So können sie auch unterstützend beim Abbau von Leistungsdruck, Ängsten, Schlafproblemen und Konzentrationsschwierigkeiten eingesetzt werden.
Das erwartet euch:
mit allen Sinnen erleben – riechen, schmecken, hören, fühlen,
sich frei ausdrücken in Sprache, Bildern und Bewegung.
