Wir machen zusammen MISO RAMEN, absolut eines der Lieblingsessen der Japaner.
Diese aus China stammende Nudelsuppe wird regional und saisonal total unterschiedlich zubereitet. Wir machen eine vegane Variante auf Miso-Basis. Für diejenigen, die doch gerne fleischig essen wollen, kann das Fleisch als Topping obendrauf kommen und eine passende Suppe auf Miso-Basis zubereiten.
Ich werde euch zeigen, wie eine ganz banale Nudel Sorte zu Ramen-Nudeln verwandelt wird, wie man trotz veganer Zutaten deftig isst und erzählen, was das Kult-Essen Ramen überhaupt ist.

Die gesunde japanische Küche ist weltweit bekannt, aber das heißt nicht, dass die Japaner jeden Tag Sushi essen. Das Geheimnis des langen Lebens versteckt eher hinter den anderen Spezialitäten.
Wir kochen die Favoriten vom japanischen Esstisch, die oft serviert und gerne gegessen werden. Wir probieren unterschiedliche Zutaten aus dem Asialaden aus, von denen viele nicht wissen, wie sie eigentlich verwendet werden sollten.
Im Kurs werdet ihr nicht nur lernen, wie man japanisch kocht, sondern auch etwas über die Esskultur in Japan erfahren.
