Die gesunde japanische Küche ist weltweit bekannt, aber das heißt nicht, dass die Japaner jeden Tag Sushi essen. Das Geheimnis des langen Lebens versteckt eher hinter den anderen Spezialitäten.
Wir kochen die Favoriten vom japanischen Esstisch, die oft serviert und gerne gegessen werden. Wir probieren unterschiedliche Zutaten aus dem Asialaden aus, von denen viele nicht wissen, wie sie eigentlich verwendet werden sollten.
Dieses Mal kochen wir zusammen TERIYAKI-DON.
Von TERIYAKI (Glanz-braten) habt ihr schon mal gehört.
Vielleicht sogar die "Teriyaki Sauce" aus dem Glas vom Supermarkt...
Nein, wir machen es selber und lernen, was diese spezielle Zubereitungsart aus der japanischen Küche ist.
"DON"-Gericht ist ein typisches Bistro-Essen in Japan. Don bezeichnet eine Schale Reis und wird mit unterschiedlichen Zutaten (Fisch/Fleisch/Gemüse) bedeckt.
Im Kurs werdet ihr nicht nur lernen, wie man japanisch kocht, sondern auch etwas über die Esskultur in Japan erfahren.
Die Nachspeise zum Schluss nach einem gesunden Essen ist natürlich nicht verboten!
