    In der Reihe "Kochkurs Japanisch Tradition" kochen wir saisonale traditionelle japanische Gerichte.

    Im Januar lautet das Thema "NEUJAHR", und wir machen zusammen ein Neujahr Menü:
    - ZÔNI, die Tradition-Neujahrsuppe mit Mochi zum Neujahr in Tokyo-Style
    - INARI SUSHI, die Tofu-Tasche gefüllt mit Sushi-Reis
    beide Gerichte können auch vegetarisch oder vegan zubereitet werden


    Ich werde euch zeigen,
    - wie man japanische Brühe (Dashi) macht
    - wie man Reis richtig kocht und Sushi-Reis zubereitet
    - wie man die Möhre schön schneidet
    - wie man Mochi zubereitet
    Außerdem werde ich erzählen, was Neujahr für die Japaner bedeutet und wie man das feiert.

    Im Kurs werdet ihr nicht nur lernen, wie man japanisch kocht, sondern auch eine Menge über die Ess- und Lebenskultur in Japan erfahren.
