A party celebrating the release of Tyler Friedman's double 12”, CCC: BB: BBB: JJ. Every track on the double EP is a controlled experiment in lysergic dance music. A set of four evolutionary techno suites activate your brain as vigorously as your body. After debuting a beta version at the Cycle Music and Arts Festival in Iceland, Tyler will premiere his hybrid analogue/digital live set. To be expected: rhythmic and melodic density, heavy dub and modular warp.
Ulf Eriksson is Kontra-Musik's founder and label head, operating out of Malmö, Sweden, and traveling internationally to DJ in the world's most influential clubs. His current DJ/live hybrid collaboration with Sebastian Mullaert of Minilogue is documented in new album The Dance.
Rabih Beaini (aka Morphosis) is the founder and label head of Morphine Records, and a singular voice in electronic music. The Lebanese artist and DJ bridges the experimental and dance worlds in a class of one. Rabih will play the support slot, allowing the full range of his knowledge and skills.
