What happens when you leave your homeland, your mother language and common sense, and you enter into this uncertain space where there are no longer references? What we leave behind keeps evolving, developing a life while we are not there. You are still there but as an absent presence (for your family, your loved ones). How do we deal with this doble status?. We are moving in a new world, without known references as basic as language (in its broad sense) and we carry our own known world as a invisible shadow.

I have not received my LIGHTHOUSE // Tanz ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your LIGHTHOUSE // Tanz tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your LIGHTHOUSE // Tanz tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my LIGHTHOUSE // Tanz ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
