WHAT IS THE MDT METHOD?
The MDT Method is a multidimensional system of techniques that help to treat the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual self. It incorporates different methods and modern concepts that are integrated with traditional ancient healing techniques.
This body rejuvenating system was developed by Shlomo Dharma, following his 30 years of experience in the field, and is unique to the BodyFlow experience of body cleansing workshops and retreats.
THE 4 DIMENSIONS IN WHICH WE WILL ELABORATE:
Physical level - Juice Fasting – Enforcing the vital body by deeply cleansing the digestive and hormonal system. Detoxification of the cells and tissues with exercise and special movements that open the body and strengthen the core muscles.
Mental level – Increasing personal awareness and understanding of how to lead a healthy lifestyle and follow proper nutrition guidelines as a way of life

THE RETREAT INCLUDES
Liquid Fasting
Based on smoothies and juices, containing natural cleansing products, such as herbs and foods, and its purpose is breaking down toxins from the body (including "plaque"), in the deepest level.
Motion practice
Yoga workshops, breakfast meetings featuring dance, cardio, breathing, tension and release.
Energy Work
Practicing voice activity, concentration, healing and NLP.
"Rebirthing" Workshop
healing using the technique of circular breathing-aware, enabling physical and mental relaxation, and opening blocked emotions and energy.
Superfood and Chocolate Workshop
Here you learn about super foods, how they contribute, and what is best to do with them. We will learn and experience a real live preparation of (RAW) healthy, homemade chocolate .

Upon registration a deposit for 50% of the total is due. The balance will be paid on site.

After paying the deposit for the retreat and choosing the type of accommodation that you would like, you will receive an Email from the venue directly with a payment link of 50% of the accommodation fee.
The outstanding balances for both the accommodation + retreat will be paid on site.
The Workshop begins on Thursday at 16:00, and ends on Monday by 19:00.

OVERVIEW
Our ecological seminar farm is located in the heart of the Altmark on a 4 hectare property with an unobstructed view of untouched nature.
With great attention to detail, the former three-sided courtyard has become a special place for authentic encounters, personal growth, wholistic practices and life changing experiences.
ACCOMMODATION
Our guests are accommodated in private accommodation. All accommodations are furnished to a high standard and heated all year round. The yurts are equipped with
a bathroom en suite and an additional fireplace.
While our yurts gather around the central fireplace in an area surrounded by old trees, our tipis are lined up on the outer meadow with a view to the horizon at the edge of our little forest.

The picturesque outdoor area covers more than 40,000 square meters and is divided into the courtyard, three independent - par- tially fenced - meadows, as well as an old, untouched tree population, which is suitable for our
guests was made accessible by boardwalks.
In our greenhouse and the attached raised beds, we produce organic food and herbs all year round. Two bee colonies, own chickens and the meadow orchard

Spread across our property are two large fireplaces, a festival tent with an outdoor bar, a wood-heated outdoor sauna and a large hot tub.

Arriving by car or train. Parking spaces are available directly on the property. By arrangement, a shuttle can be organized from the train stations Salzwedel (15min), Fleetmark (5min) or Wittenberge (40min).
