Vielleicht habt ihr euch beim Spaziergang vorbei an den hippen Weinbars der Stadt schonmal gefragt, was es mit dem orangefarbenen oder sogar bernsteinfarbenen Stoff auf sich hat, den da seit einiger Zeit alle im Glas haben. Und was hat das alles mit Georgien zu tun? In diesem Seminar blicken wir gemeinsam auf Geschichte und Herstellung von Orange Wine, die sich viel weiter zurückdatieren lassen, als der Trend es vermuten lässt. Vor allem aber nähern wir uns natürlich mit dem ein oder anderen Glas dem außergewöhnlichen Charakter dieses Weintypus. Auf die Maische, fertig, los!
