Für Kaffeeliebhaber, die sich schon intensiver mit dem Thema beschäftigen, gibt es am Samstag in der Profi Area Workshops, Vorträge und Cuppings mit Baristameistern, experimentierfreudigen Farmern und spitzen Rohkaffeehändlern. Wir treffen uns zum Austausch und zum Fortbilden.
For coffee lovers who like to delve into the subject more intensely there are workshops, lectures and cuppings all day Saturday in the Pro Area with Barista Champions, experiment-happy farmes and specialty coffee traders. It's an oportunity for everyone to exchange and develop coffee knowledge.

Colin Harmon is a four times Irish barista champion, four-time finalist at the WBC, co-owner of 3FE coffee and co-founder of Tamper Tantrum. Thanks to Victoria Arduino and VA espresso machines he will be in Berlin for the Berlin Coffee Festival 2016 lecture program.

I have not received my Profi Area ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Profi Area tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Profi Area tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Profi Area ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. Where do I find a link to an online event?
