Headliner bio - Thurs, June 4
Theo Mason Wood (UK)
Theo is rapidly building a reputation as one of the most exciting, genre-defying acts on the alternative comedy circuit. Born in Northeast England, Theo cut his teeth as a musician before transitioning into acting and writing, carving out a distinct creative voice that blends dark comedy, theater and surreal performance art. His material frequently examines the complexities of modern masculinity, trauma, and societal norms—all wrapped up in an abundance of depraved silliness, audience interaction, and physical play.
"Theo Mason Wood delivers a truly genre-defying tour de force of surreal, and at times heartbreaking, comedy... Part clowning, part comedy set, part spoken word, part mental breakdown... We remain in equal parts aghast and captivated."
– Broadway Baby
"An equally heartwarming and heart-wrenching experience... This show is incredibly relevant in today's climate without being preachy.
– That's What She Said Magazine
