Aber nicht nur der Veltliner hat sich inzwischen abseits der beliebten Zechweine zum ausdrucksstarten Wein mit Klasse und Charakter gemausert. Österreichs Weinregionen, mit ihren unfassbar vielfältigen Landschafts- und Klimaverhältnissen, liefern uns mittlerweile fantastische und sehr komplexe Weine. Hinzu kommt eine der lebendigsten Szenen für Naturwein und biologischen Anbau überhaupt. Veltliner aus den Höhen des Kamptals, terroirgetriebener Blaufränkisch aus dem Burgenland oder Sauvignon Blanc von den tiefgrünen Hügeln der Südsteiermark: Es wird Zeit, das ein oder andere Flascherl zu probieren!
