Yoga in einem Salzraum - der natürliche Booster für Körper und Seele. Durch die Salze tun wir unserem Körper gleich doppelt viel Gutes: Die Yoga-Übungen an sich stärken das Immunsystem ohnehin schon, aber durch die Salzinhalation wird diese Wirkung enorm gesteigert. Das befreit die Atemwege und sorgt dafür, dass unser Gehirn besser durchblutet wird. So wird der Effekt des ganzheitlichen Yoga-Trainings um ein vielfaches verstärkt.
Doch Salz kann noch viel mehr: Das Salz regeneriert nicht nur unsere Atemwege, es hilft ebenso bei Glieder- und Gelenkschmerzen und kann sogar bei Problemen mit der Haut positive Wirkung zeigen. Durch die Yoga-Bewegungen können die feinen Moleküle sogar in die Haut eindringen und Krankheitsanzeichen wie Akne oder Neurodermitis bessern. Für ein schönes Hautbild bei leichten Irritationen sorgen die Salze allemal. In den USA ist Salz-Yoga bereits die neue Trendsportart schlechthin und nun auch endlich in Hamburg angekommen.
