In biathlon, which is what I practice, physical attributes like endurance, strength, and coordination of movements are very important. Biathlon can also be combined with skiing and shooting. Cross-country skiing is a great way to strengthen muscles in the arms, legs, back, and legs. The respiratory system is also trained. One could say there is general physical development and greater endurance. Of course, there is the eye, precision, and focus.
Today, a healthy way of life started to include spiritual traits. Examples include the ability to stay away from stress, or the ability to get out of depression, stress and anxiety with minimal loss.
