BIZIM KIEZ HAT VIEL ZU FEIERN!
Dass wir im Wrangelkiez einen so wunderbaren widerständigen Sommer miteinander erleben, dass so viele ganz verschiedene Menschen zusammen gekommen sind und nicht nur jeden Mittwoch klar machen: unser Gemüseladen Bizim Bakkal bleibt, wir bleiben alle! In einer Nachbarschaft und in einer Stadt, in der wir unser Zusammenleben gestalten wollen, anstatt uns von Profitinteressen herum schieben zu lassen.

UNSER KIEZ, BIZIM KIEZ, BIZIM BEATZ!

Darum feiern wir ein Fest der Solidarität gegen Mietenwahnsinn und Verdrängung mit:

GÜLINA – mit Gitarre, Saxophon, Geige, Darbuka, Cajon und einzigartigem türkischem Gesang irgendwo zwischen Pop und Blues
JAQEE – ist im Reggae, Soul und R&B zuhause, und nach Uganda und Schweden (wo sie zweimal für den Grammy nominiert wurde) auch im Wrangelkiez
TAPETE – rappt und singt auf seine selbst produzierten Instrumentals, die HipHop-, osteuropäische Folklore-, Elektro- und Jazzelemente vereinen
TUBBE – kann Electro-Pop und Rave gleichermaßen und trifft mit dem neuen Albumtitel „keine Arbeit lieber tanzen" [audiolith] einen Nerv

Mit Spannung erwarten wir die große WRANGELKIEZ-TOMBOLA mit fulminanten Preisen aus dem Kiez für den Kiez und freuen uns auf SPECIAL GUESTS,
darunter
MARC-UWE KLING (bekannt als Mitbewohner des kommunistischen Kängurus aus der gleichnamigen Trilogie) und sein „Lesedüne“-Kollegen MAIK MARTSCHINKOWSKY, die in ihrer Lesung Humor und Philosophie, Kapitalismuskritik und Alltagssatire verbinden, und die
LINGUAL CREW, eine oldskool Hip-Hop-Familie aus allen Teilen Berlins, die ihre gesellschaftskritischen Texte auf Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch rappt.

Zur Aftershow-Party tun sich dann DJ ÜMMU GÜRKUŞ [Gayhane] und LEOSA zusammen, um mit >orientbalkantürkopan 'n fem hop pop

BiZiM KiEZ – Bizim Mahalle`nin Eğlenmek - kutlamak için bol bol nedeni vardır.

Biz Wrangelkiez olarak bu yaz beraberce dirençli bir yol – duruş sergiledik, çok oldukça farklı insanlar`da olsak, sadece her Çarşamba bir araya gelerek “Bizim Bakkal” kalır, biz hepimiz kalırız! dedik.

Biz mahalle Sakinleri ve bu şehirde yaşayanlar olarak beraber kentimizi, mahallemizi yönlendirmek istiyoruz, birileri tarafında çıkarları için itilmemize, dışlanmımıza izin vermek istemiyoruz.

Bizim bu tutarlı birlikteliğimiz ve Mücadelemiz “Bizim Bakkalın” çıkışının geri alınmasını sağladı. Bu bizim ortak başarımızdır. Bu dava ortak Sembolümüz oldu:

Bizler Birlikte mahallemizdeki küçük işletmelerin ve Kiracıların itilmesine – çıkarılmasına karşı çıkacagız. Bunuda beraber yapmaya devam edecegiz !

Bu nedenle bu dayanışmanın BIZIM KIEZ`in” masraflarını karşılamak ve başarımızı kutlamak için bir dayanışma Eğlencesi düzenledik, buna katılmanızı ve destek vermenizi ümüt ediyoruz.

BIZIM KIEZ HAS A LOT TO CELEBRATE!

That we‘re experiencing such a wonderful rebellious summer together in the Wrangelkiez neighborhood, that so many different people have come together and – every Wednesday and beyond – make clear: our grocer Bizim Bakkal has to stay, we all stay! In a neighborhood and in a city in which we want to define ourselves how we live together instead of being pushed around by interest in financial profits.

OUR NEIGHBORHOOD, BIZIM KIEZ, BIZIM BEATZ!

Therefore, we’re celebrating a festival of solidarity against insane rent hikes and displacement with:
GÜLINA – with guitar, saxophone, violin, darbuka, cajon and unique Turkish vocals somewhere between pop and blues
JAQEE – is at home in the genres reggae, soul, R&B, and after Uganda and Sweden (where she was nominated for the Grammy twice) in the Wrangelkiez neighborhood as well
TAPETE – raps and sings to his self-produced instrumentals which combine hip-hop, Eastern European folk, electro and jazz elements
TUBBE – have an equal talent for electro-pop and rave and hit the mark with their new album title „keine Arbeit lieber tanzen" (“no work rather dancing”) [audiolith]

We’re eagerly awaiting the big WRANGELKIEZ-TOMBOLA with opulent prizes from the neighborhood for the neighborhood, and we’re looking forward to SPECIAL GUESTS, such as MARC-UWE KLING (known as the flat mate of the communist kangaroo in the trilogy of the same name) und his “Lesedüne” colleague MAIK MARTSCHINKOWSKY, who will tie together humor and philosophy, critique of capitalism and satire of the daily grind, and LINGUAL CREW, an old-school hip-hop family from all parts of Berlin, who rap their socially critical lyrics in German, English, and French.
