When music is a full-body-experience, it moves even more than our Spirit and Soul: It swings our cells, aligns us anew, releases pains and worries, becomes the nourishment and fulfillment of deep physical and emotional needs and let's us come alive to a very special sensuality: the one of sound.
The most powerful tool we all have to create this musical "m.orgasmic" experience is our Voice.
In this workshop we will make love to it, become sensual with it, explore it in- and outside, learn some techniques to open our whole body for it and let it flow freely through us, so that it can nourish us from within.
It's not always easy for everyone to share their voice with others, which is why we're controlling it to an extent that's hurting our being. Through my background of my studies in dance, improvisation and performance as well as many years of being a singer, I will share some of my tips & tricks to unleash the wild & raw healer within: your unique beautiful voice.

After some wound licking my creative pulse pounded me wildly into dance. The engagement and studies of my body in movement eventually freed my voice without me intending to. I noticed that only the singing and sounding out of my full body and full heart brought the fulfilment that I all along so desired."Anir graduated in Dance, Improvisation & Performance in 2013 and has been holding and creating spaces for Conscious Dance, Contact Improvisation, Music, Singing & Ceremony for over 10 years now.
