Im Jahr 2022 wird Slow Food Deutschland 30 Jahre alt. Das bedeutet 30 Jahre „Genuss mit Verantwortung“, 30 Jahre „gut, sauber und fair“. Diesen freudigen Anlass möchten Slow Food Karlsruhe und Slow Food Pfalz gerne mit Ihnen/Euch zusammen im Rahmen einer „Mitmach-Veranstaltung“ feiern, bei der die Gäste eigene Köstlichkeiten jeglicher Art mitbringen und mit anderen teilen (inkl. eigenem Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser). Ergänzend dazu wird es vor Ort zusätzliche / weitere Möglichkeiten geben, um verschiedene kleine Speisen sowie interessante Säfte und Weine zu erwerben, oder auch direkt selbst am „Koch-Rad“ aktiv bei der einen oder anderen kleinen Kochaktion mitzumachen. Im Veranstaltungspreis sind Mineralwasser, ein prickelndes Getränk zum Anstoßen auf unseren Geburtstag, Sitzgelegenheiten und gegen Abend musikalische Unterhaltung inbegriffen.
Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung möchten wir mit Ihnen/Euch nicht nur zusammen essen, trinken und feiern, sondern viele Aktivitäten von Slow Food aus den letzten 30 Jahren aufzeigen und dabei eine Reihe von Themen sichtbar machen, mit denen sich Slow Food beschäftigt. Dazu präsentieren sich Gäste von Partner-Organisationen, mit denen wir in vielfältiger Weise verbunden sind (wie z.B. RENN Süd, KARLA, „Sozialer Garten“) sowie städtische Ämtern, mit denen wir zusammenarbeiten (Umweltamt/„Grüne Stadt KA“, Marktamt). Darüber hinaus wird es Informationen und Infostände zu einer Reihe von praktischen Aktivitäten in unserer Region geben, die einerseits starke Bezüge zu Slow Food Ideen haben und an denen andererseits Slow Food Mitglieder aktiv beteiligt sind (z.B. Food-COOP, SoLaWi, Regionalwert AG, Ernährungsrat, …).
Wir erwarten u.a. Gäste von allen Slow Food Regionalgruppen aus der Nachbarschaft und freuen uns darauf, mit Ihnen/Euch den freudigen Anlass gemeinsam gebührend zu feiern!

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
