Dieses Agile Team Facilitator-Training führt die Teilnehmer in das Agile-Team-Facilitator-Framework ein und bietet ihnen ein Toolkit und Modelle zum Facilitieren agiler Praktiken, die für ihre Organisation und ihren Kontext am relevantesten sind:
Es konzentriert sich auf die Haltung, Denkweise und die Rolle eines agilen Team-Moderators und bietet Tools und Techniken für die Gruppenmoderation, um Meetings und Workshops effektiv zu gestalten, die einerseits alle Teilnehmer einbeziehen, andererseits auch zu klaren Entscheidungen und wertvollen Ergebnissen führen. Die Kursteilnehmer entwickeln ihren Zugang zur die Kunst der Moderation zur Förderung der Zusammenarbeit selbstorganisierender Teams und sammeln Erfahrungen bei der Moderation ihrer agilen Teams.
Diese Agile Team Facilitator-Schulung deckt die erforderlichen Lernergebnisse für die Zertifizierung ICP-ATF von ICAgile in 14 Stunden Unterrichtsaktivitäten über einen Zeitraum von zwei Tagen als Remote-Schulung ab.
Dieses Online-Training ist hochgradig interaktiv gestaltet in Zoom mit kleinen und großen Gruppenarbeiten, Diskussionsvisualisierung und Themenausarbeitung auf dem miró-Kollaborationsboard.
Wer sollte teilnehmen?
Agile Teamleiter oder angehende Teamleiter mit einer Leidenschaft für Servant Leadership und dem Wunsch, die Kunst der Moderation im Kontext von Team-Facilitation und Coaching zu lernen und zu üben. Relevante Rollen sind ScrumMasters, agile Projektmanager, agile Coaches und angehende Coaches, Product Owners, Business Analysts und alle, die die Möglichkeiten der Moderation erkunden möchten.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
