in Anklam. Jeder ist bei uns herzlich willkommen. Egal ob:

AGB´s
§01. Mit dem Kauf der Eintrittskarte, erkläre ich mich mit der Platzordnung einverstanden.
§02. Den Anweisungen des Personals ist Folge zu leisten. Der Missachtung oder dem Verstoß gegen die Platzordnung, folgt der sofortige Ausschluss von der Veranstaltung. Das Veranstaltungsgelände ist dann sofort zu verlassen.
§03. Offenes Feuer ist strengstens untersagt.
§04. Burnouts sind untersagt.
§05. Autowäsche und Ölwechsel sind untersagt.
§06. Die Teilnahme erfolg auf eigene Gefahr.
§07. Vandalismus und auf dem Veranstaltungsgelände begangene Straftaten sowie Ordnungswidrigkeiten werden zur Anzeige gebracht.
§08. Das Mitführen von Hunden, untersagen wir ausTierschutz - und Sicherheitstechnischen Gründen§09. Das Mitführen von Waffen und ihnen gleichgestellte gefährliche Gegenstände ist verboten. Gleiches gilt für das Einführen, Verbringen oder Verwahren vorgenannter Gegenstände auf das Veranstaltungsgelände.
§10. Falschparker werden kostenpflichtig abgeschleppt.
§11. Auf dem Veranstaltungsgelände gilt die STVO. Das Befahren des Veranstaltungsgeländes ist nur mit Schrittgeschwindigkeit gestattet.
§12. Wir bitten um Vorsicht - und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
