Wir legen los mit dem Konzert-Sommer - mehr als 20 Konzerte auf 4 verschiedenen Bühnen sind bereits jetzt geplant. Die Plätze sind limitiert auf 100 Gäste - vorab MUSS reserviert werden. Da wir "nur" Open Air spielen dürfen, gibt es eine Reservierungsgebühr von 5 € (plus Buchungsgebühr), die Ihr online auf Billetto buchen könnt. Ihr steht dann automatisch auf unserer Reservierungsliste - ein Ticket gibt es nicht...
DIE RESERVIERUNGSGEBÜHR BEHALTEN WIR BEI SCHLECHTEM WETTER/ABSAGE EIN - 75% DAVON GEHEN AN DIE BAND UND 25% AN DAS ALTE SPITAL.
Dadurch möchten wir vermeiden, dass den Musikern und uns Kosten entstehen, die wir in der aktuellen Zeit nicht tragen können.Der Restbetrag zum Ticketpreis ist dann vor Ort zu entrichten.

Bavaschôro - Bayerisch-brasilianischer Choro
Luftig-leichte Kleidung, ein federnder Gang, Virtuosität und jede Menge guter Laune: Die fünf Musiker der Münchner Band „Bavaschôro“, wissen, wie man in Brasilien leibt und lebt. An sonnigen Sommertagen verwandeln sie kleine Straßen und Cafés (wie das winzige Café Henry in der Au) in ein Fleckchen Rio de Janeiro, wenn sie Ihre Instrumente aus den Koffern holen und brasilianische Choromusik nach Bayern bringen. Es sind fünf Jungs - alle professionelle Musiker - die ausgehend von unterschiedlichen Genres und Musiktraditionen zum„Choro“ (sprich: Schoro) gekommen sind: Der Gitarrist Henrique de Miranda Rebouças und der Saxophonist Marcio Schuster sind gebürtige Brasilianer. Trotz ihrer klassischen Ausbildung scheuen sie nicht die Einflüsse der brasilianischen Volksmusik und werden so zu Botschaftern der Vielfältigkeit ihrer eigenen Kultur. Gitarrist Luis Maria Hölzl– halb Portugiese, halb Bayer – schlägt die Brücke von der bayerischen zur portugiesischsprachigen Kultur mit portugiesischer Gitarre, dem Cavaquinho und der Violine. Die Brüder Ludwig (Percussion, Horn und Tuba) und Xaver Himpsl (Flügelhorn) sind schon von Kindesbeinen an über den brasilianischen Jazz-Trompeter Claudio Roditi (Dizzy Gillespie, Arturo Sandoval) mit dem Choro in Kontakt gekommen. Als Mitglieder der „Unterbiberger Hofmusik“ erweitern sie das klassische Choro-Repertoire durch Einflüsse der bayerischen Volksmusik und des Jazz. Gleich beim ersten Konzert der Band gesellte sich mit Jay Ashby, ein Weltklasse-Solist (Astrud Gilberto, Paul Simon) dazu: ͞It ́s a pleasure to play with young guys as good as these. It reminds me of my time in Brazil more than 20 years ago.͟Brasilien vor 20 Jahren, Brasilien auf der Straße und Mitten im Leben – die brasilianische Choromusik, eine Fusion europäischer Tanzmusik und afrikanischer Rhythmen, erreicht mit Bavaschôro wieder europäischen Boden. Erweitert um einen weiteren kulturellen Einfluss, wird die Musik der fünf Chorões zum Sinnbild für musikalische Lebendigkeit und Spielfreude.

Sobald es draußen zu kühl wird, gibt es Konzerte im Alten Spital Viechtach und im Bahnhof Kötzting.
