Charity Event zu Gunsten der Sozialen Dienste Stanzertal im Wohn- und Pflegeheim Oberes Stanzertal. Die Senioren genießen einen wunderbaren Abend, mit kulinarischen Erlebnis durch Sterneköche und Live Musik erster Güte. Fixpunkt für alle, die ihren Eltern etwas Gutes tun wollen.

Eduard Hitzberger - mehrmaliger Koch des Jahres in der Schweiz, 2 Sterne und 19 GaultMillau Punkte, heute Betreiber von Hitzberger "gesundes Fastfood" in der Schweiz.
Josef Viehhauser - 19,5 Gault Millau Punkte und 2 Michelin Sterne - Mitbegründer der Nouvelle Cuisine in den 70er Jahren.

Josef Viehhauser

Josef Viehhauser war neben Eckart Witzigmann einer der Pioniere der puristischen Novelle Cuisine in Deutschland. Der Gault Millau bewertete die Küche Viehhausers mit 19 Punkten. „Geschmack kann man nicht lernen“ ist, auf den Punkt gebracht, die Philosophie des Josef Viehhauser.
