Developmental Psychology For Lateral Entrants - Fortbildung auf Englisch
Diese 1,5 tägige Fortbildung auf Englisch führt in die Grundlagen der Entwicklungspsychologie der frühen Kindheit ein. Die Dozentin vermittelt Wissen zu den Themen Wahrnehmung, Lernen, Kognition, Bindung, Emotion und Persönlichkeit. Die Teilnehmer erfahren, wann Kinder welche Entwicklungsschritte absolvieren und wie sie sie dabei unterstützen können. In verschiede-nen Übungen festigen sie die neuen Erkenntnisse.
Ziele der Fortbildung:
- Die Teilnehmer kennen den Einfluss von Genetik und Umwelt auf die frühkindliche Entwicklung.
- Sie setzen sich mit entwicklungspsychologischen Theorien, z.B. von Piaget, Wygotski, Bronfenbrenner und Bandura auseinander.
- Sie kennen die Bindungsstile nach Ainsworth und können kindliches Verhalten dahingehend verstehen und bewerten.
- Die Teilnehmer reflektieren die Wichtigkeit ihrer Arbeit mit den Kindern und Familien in der Kita vor dem Hintergrund des Gelernten.
