In diesem Vortrag werden Ihnen verschiedene Arten des Fastens näher erläutert. Sie erfahren, warum es sinnvoll ist, regelmäßig zu fasten und was während des Fastens im Körper geschieht. Natürlich wird dieser Vortrag auch mit Studien untermauert und Sie erhalten nützliche Tipps für zu Hause.
Den Abend gestaltet Stephanie Westermann, Fachärztin für Chirurgie, TCM-Ärztin und Therapeutin für Mind-Body-Medizin.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
