Basenfasten ist Fasten mit viel Gemüse, Obst und anderen basenbildenden Lebensmitteln. Im Zusammenspiel mit ausgedehnten Wanderungen und wohltuenden Entspannungseinheiten führt dies zu einer sanften, dosierten Entgiftung und Entschlackung. Gleichzeitig klärt sich der Geist, Frische Lebenskraft beginnt zu fließen, gleichzeitig steigt auch die Lebensfreude Der positive Nebeneffekt: Sie können abnehmen ohne zu hungern und fühlen sich endlich wieder vital und leistungsfähig.
Als erfahrene Heilpraktikerin und Fastenleiterin führe ich die Gruppe sowohl durch den Fastenprozess als auch durch innere Prozesse. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten wie Energieübungen am Morgen, geführte Wanderungen, Runden zum Erfahrungsaustausch wechseln sich ab mit Zeiten für Ruhe und Besinnung (Pausenzeiten mit Leberwickel am Zimmer, Saunagänge, Meditationen und Entspannungsübungen am Abend).
Alle Angebote sind Möglichkeiten- jeder Teilnehmer kann sich seine „Auszeit-Woche“ nach seinen Bedürfnissen gestalten.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
