Wussten
Sie, dass im Jahr 2015 die chinesische Pharmakologin Youyou Tu den
Nobelpreis für die Bekämpfung von Malaria mittels Artemissinin
(einjähriger Beifuß) erhalten hat? Und wussten Sie, dass getrocknetes
Beifußkraut in der TCM angezündet und zur wohligen Wärmetherapie
verwendet wird, weil diese Wärme angenehm in den Körper eindringt?
Viele
deutsche Pflanzen werden zu Heilungszwecken eingesetzt, z. B.
Schafgarbe bei gynäkologischen Beschwerden oder Beinwell bei Prellungen.
Warum sollen wir dann chinesische Heilkräuter verwenden, wenn es auch
gute heimische Heilpflanzen gibt? Weil nur in der traditionellen
chinesischen Arzneitherapie Heilpflanzen seit über 2000 Jahren zu sehr
wirkungsstarken Rezepturen vereint wurden.
Zahlreiche Heilkräuter
und -pflanzen der Traditionellen Chinesischen Medizin laden im
TCM-Garten auf dem Gelände des Museums der Gartenkultur zum Kennenlernen
ein. Tauchen Sie mit uns ein in die Welt der chinesischen
Arzneipflanzen und erfahren Sie dabei viel Wissenswertes über deren
Wirkungsweise und Behandlungsmöglichkeiten.
Die Veranstaltung findet
im Rahmen der iTCM-Akademie und in Kooperation mit der Stiftung
Gartenkultur und dem Verein Förderer der Gartenkultur statt.
