Important admission information/Wichtige Einlassregelungen:
Entry to the concert is granted when you provide evidence of:
- a negative corona test (not a self-test), which must not be older than 24 hours at the time of admission or
- vaccination - completed vaccination protection (15 days after receipt of the second vaccination) or
- a PCR test that can be used to detect a past COVID-19 disease and that is at least 28 days, max. 6 months old
This evidence does not exempt you from the mask requirement and other hygiene and distance rules at the venue.
Getestet-Geimpft-Genesen- (GGG-)Regelung (erbringen Sie bitte die folgende Nachweise):
- Getestet: Vorlage eines negativen Corona-Tests (kein Einlass mit Selbsttest), der zum Einlasszeitpunkt nicht älter als 24 Stunden sein darf oder
- Geimpft: Nachweis über einen abgeschlossenen, vollständigen Impfschutz (15 Tage nach Erhalt der zweiten Impfgabe) oder
- Genesen: Vorlage eines PCR-Tests, mit dem sich eine vergangene COVID-19-Erkrankung nachweisen lässt und der mind. 28 Tage, max. 6 Monate alt ist
Die genannten Nachweise befreien nicht von der Maskenpflicht und anderen Hygiene- und Abstandsregeln.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
