Beim diesjährigen Musethica Festival spielen 10 internationale junge Musiker*innen gemeinsam mit 4 renommierten Tutor*innen ca. 24 Kammermusikkonzerte in sozialen Einrichtungen und schließen das Festival mit zwei Konzerten in der St. Elisabeth-Kirche ab.
Das Musethica Ensemble wird beim diesjährigen Internationalen Kammermusikfestival Werke von Prokofjew, Bruch, Schönberg, Brahms und Mendelssohn aufführen.
Das Ensemble besteht aus den renommierten Musiker*innen Alena Baeva, Roi Shiloah, Avri Levitan und Marc Coppey und exzellenten jungen Musiker*innen, die extra für das Festival ausgewählt wurden. 10 talentierte Studierende wurden eingeladen, um unter der Leitung der Tutor*innen Auftrittserfahrung außerhalb der Hochschule zu sammeln. Während einer intensiven Woche geben sie stadtweit eine Reihe von Konzerten in sozialen Einrichtungen wie Obdachlosentreffpunkten, Pflegeheimen, Gefängnissen, Sonderschulen, Krankenhäusern, Flüchtlingsunterkünften und anderen Orten. Die beiden öffentlichen Konzerte in der St. Elisabeth-Kirche bilden den Abschluss des Festivals, das vom 27. August bis 3. September 2022 in Berlin stattfinden wird.

The Musethica Ensemble will perform works by Prokofiev, Bruch, Schoenberg, Brahms and Mendelssohn at this year's International Chamber Music Festival.
Musethica always comes together to form an ensemble consisting of renowned musicians and young musicians.
10 talented students are selected to gain performance experience outside the conservatory under the guidance of the tutors (Alena Baeva, Roi Shiloah, Avri Levitan and Marc Coppey).
For an intensive week, they perform a variety of concerts citywide in social institutions such as meeting places for the homeless, nursing homes, prisons, special schools, hospitals, refugee shelters, and other venues.
The two public concerts at St. Elisabeth Church will conclude the festival, which will take place in Berlin from Aug. 27-Sept. 3, 2022.
Tickets: 10 €/ reduced 5 €/ Berlin Pass holders: 3 €.
The reduced rate applies to pupils and students up to the age of 27, trainees, and those doing voluntary service. Proof of discount will be checked at the entrance.
